Coffee Orders

Because coffee is a perishable food item, we are unable to accept returns once an order has shipped. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your bag, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Wrong or Missing Items

If you received the wrong item or something is missing from your order, contact us right away and we'll send a replacement at no charge.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if the request is made before the order has been roasted and shipped. Once an order is in process, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
